At ELLOO, a brand under VHK Renewable Energy Solution Private Limited, (referred to as "Elloo", "company", "us", "we", "our"), we are committed to providing a seamless and positive experience for all users of our EV charging platform. In line with this commitment, we have developed a clear and transparent policy for refund within the Elloo wallet system. This policy outlines the procedure for requesting refund, the conditions under which reversals may be granted, and the timelines involved. While we strive to accommodate requests where possible, certain conditions and exceptions may apply depending on the circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund for specific transactions or available wallet balances may be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Refund Request Process
Submission: Users seeking a refund within 180 days of a wallet recharge must submit a request to support@elloo.in. The request should include the following information:
Mobile number or email ID used to log in to the Elloo App
Reason for the refund request
Veri cation: Upon receiving a refund request within 180 days of the wallet recharge, elloo will review the request and initiate the refund process if found valid.
Decision: Users will be noti ed of the status of their request within 7 business days of submission. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method or bank account used for the transaction.
Non-Applicability of Refund Requests After 180 Days of Wallet Recharge
Requests for refunds after 180 days of the wallet recharge will no longer be applicable due to payment gateway and RBI regulations. Any such requests will be rejected.
However, the wallet balance in the Elloo Wallet has no expiry date, and users can continue using their balance for charging their EVs at Elloo EV charging station.

Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
